How to Sign up to Infinity

1. Go to infinity.mv;

2. Click ‘Create Infinity ID

3. Enter your Identification Number (National ID number for Maldivians, or Passport Number for Foreigners)

4. Enter your Mobile Number and Email Address (the mobile number and email address you provided in MSD Account)

5. Click Sign-Up to proceed

6. Enter the security token sent to your registered email/mobile number

7. Enter the preferred Username and Password to complete the signup process

8. You can start accessing your Infinity account instantly

If you do not already have an MSD Account, you will be directed to open an MSD Account.

Forgotten Infinity Password/Username

1. Go to infinity.mv

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Enter your Identification Number (National ID number for Maldivians, or Passport Number for Foreigners)

4. Open the password reset link sent to your registered email (If you do not have access to the email, please request an MSD Account Update)

5. Enter the Email Address, Identification Number, and preferred Password

6. You will then be logged into your Infinity account
