Method Indext = (Indext-1 * MVt) / (MVt-1 + CAt)
Indext = Index of today
Indext-1 = Index of yesterday
MVt = Market Value of today
MVt-1 = Market Value of yesterday
CAt = Capital Adjustment as of today
